What exactly is Latitude?
Latitude is a Web-based subscription service that allows you to access your service-industry establishment's data (such as sales and employee information) from any Web enabled device.

So…is it software?
Sort of. But we just put it on the Web so that subscribers could use it from anywhere.

Can any business use Latitude?
Right now Latitude is only configured to interface with Aloha – a service-industry specific business software. If your establishment uses Aloha as your primary business software, you can use Latitude to access that data from any Web enabled device.

I don't have Aloha at my establishment…when are you going to configure Latitude to work with [insert your business's software name here]?
We plan on making Latitude compatible with other software packages in the future. Keep checking back for updates on our progress.

I've never heard of IG Software. Who are you guys?
You know we're computer geeks, right? We live and work in the beautiful city of Madison, Wisconsin – fondly known as the Silicon Prairie. Our illustrious leader owns a bar and developed Latitude for personal use. We saw a lot of potential in it and worked hard to make it a product that all bar and restaurant owners could really benefit from. Plus, all our friends say it's cool. We're also working on other service-industry software that will be available at some point in the future (when we can get past “testing” stage).
